Who we are

ComplySoft is a compliance software company in Curaçao. You can reach us at hello@complysoft.ai.

What we collect

When you request an invitation: your name, work email, organisation, job title, country, type of organisation and team size and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message. To prevent abuse we also store a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself.

When you sign in: what's needed to keep your account secure, such as sign-in times and the IP address and browser of each session.

Why we use it

To answer your request, to arrange a walkthrough, to set up your organisation if you become a customer and to keep the service secure. We handle personal data in line with Curaçao's Personal Data Protection Ordinance (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens).

Who can see it

Only ComplySoft's platform administrators. The service is hosted by Render in the EU (Frankfurt), and email is sent through Resend. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer and follow up. If you don't become a customer, we delete it within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

This website uses only cookies it needs to work: one to remember your language and, when you sign in, one to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@complysoft.ai.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
